Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading tools, equipment, and materials for job sites.
• Support installers with the setup, assembly, and installation of ductwork, piping, and equipment.
• Provide assistance by running tools, moving equipment, and delivering materials as needed.
• Learn basic HVAC installation techniques under the guidance of experiences installers, including how to measure, cut and fit materials.
• Learn to read and understand blueprints, job specifications, and installation plans under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Follow established safety procedures and regulations at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support coworkers to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
• Show initiative in learning the trade and further developing skills.
• Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Already certified or willing to be trained in trade certifications such as equipment licensing, EPA certification, First Aid, and CPR.
