Job Description:

The 60th St project is a 600,000 sqft new building utilizing tilt-up construction designed for food grade tenants. A design build approach was used working hand in hand with the developer, tenants, architect, general contractor and MEP subcontractors. The HVAC system incorporated food grade Aaon rooftop equipment for the production areas and VAV rooftop units to provide ultimate comfort in the office area. Boiler systems were designed to provide reheat to the VAV boxes and heave protection for the freezer floor. Refrigeration systems were designed and installed to serve the cooler, freezer, and production areas (temperatures below 60°F). All systems were integrated using Carrier iVu building management control system.
