Job Description:

The Freightliner service garage is a design build project that incorporated a new office area and eleven pull-thru service bays. Armock Mechanical designed and installed both the HVAC and plumbing for the facility. The office HVAC was a mixture of rooftop units and split systems while the service bays were served by make-up air units and infrared heaters.

Freightliner services their fleet in the space, therefore, a tailpipe exhaust system was installed to reduce the truck emissions into the space. The plumbing design included all storm, sanitary, hot and cold water to serve the office and service bays. Full length trench drains were installed along both sides of the service garage. Armock also designed and installed the compressed air system and oil lines that feed two types of oil to each service station.
